Energetic and Quality of Interior Air Certificate

• To obtain the authorisation to use in new buildings;
• For important rehabilitation of existing buildings (cost>25% of the building cost calculated under a reference value);
• In the leasing or sale of existing residential and service buildings (certificate term: maximum 10 years).

Technical Behaviour Project Certificate

• RCCTE (Housing);
• RSECE (Services >25kw);
• Dimensioning of Thermal Solar Collector Systems (sanitary water Heating and Central Heating);
• Dimensioning of Photovoltaic Systems;
• Air conditioning (HVAC);
• Issuance of the Regulatory Compliance Declaration – RCCTE & RSECE
